4 New Training Reports
HazardScout just released four new training reports designed to give you quicker and fuller access to all of your training data. They each include over a dozen employee filters, plus you can filter by training as well. View the report online, export to Excel, or download a PDF. Try it by going to Training > Training Report within your HazardScout website. The new reports are:
- Training Status - the overall status of each training
- Employee Status - each employee's training status
- Employee Trainings - each employee's status for each training
- Individual Completions - a record of all previous completions
Writable API
This month, we're introducing writability in the API. As an initial step, we've created a new dataload.create endpoint which allows you update Employee Profiles, Training, Equipment, and more using our dataload format. Current API tokens are read-only, but you can change them to being writeable within your control panel or generate a new token.
Drag & Drop Resources Into Folders
By popular request, HazardScout now allows administrators to organize resources into folders using drag-and-drop. Simply press the "grab bars" icon (to the left of the resource title) and drag it up, down, or into a new folder. You can also drag-and-drop the folder names themselves! Try it at Control Panel > Resources.
Observer Report
Within your Forms > Analyze page, we've added a new "Observer" output that shows the number of responses per employee. You can filter this report by observer, date, or by any other field within the form.
Select Individual Employees
On various reports (e.g. training or employee search) you can now select individual employee names. This makes it easy to show training status for specific people, to print badges, or to print out a roster.
Resource Search
Also by popular request, we've added a new search box to the resources web page. This makes it easy for employees to find a resource by its title - especially if your group has a large number of resources.
Update Notifications
HazardScout has always allowed you to setup notifications when a response is first submitted, but now you can receive alerts when a response is updated. Just check the "Also Send Updates" box when you're setting up the notification. You can setup notification by going to your Profile Page > Bell Icon > Edit Reports.
