Did you know iScout is a great tool for managing and providing access to your policies, procedures, SDS, and other documents? Using the Resources module, you can easily post document updates, ensure access to the most recent version, and even make available offline.
Also, create a history log for previous versions and track document changes. When you update a policy or manual, you can use the Save & Create Acknowledgement feature to communicate the update and get employees to sign-off that they have received and understand the change. Click here to see how.

Notification Settings
Are you being notified the right way when forms are submitted in iScout? The system is a powerful tool for real-time distribution of important field information using forms and inspections. But you can make it even more powerful by customizing your notification settings or the settings for other users.
