  • Companies - assets can be assigned to 3rd-party companies
  • Assigned To - who the asset is assigned to (may be several team members)
  • Attachments - attach documents like instruction manuals, SDS sheets, etc
  • Notes - add in any additional notes about the asset
  • Custom Fields - create your own text, numeric, and list based fields to help organize your assets (e.g. Miles, Hours, Building)
  • Previous Inspections - recent history of completed inspections for this asset

QR Code

Each asset is assigned a QR code which can be printed in several common formats through the asset report page. Scanning the QR code makes it easy to view an asset's status or do a quick inspection without having to lookup the item by serial number.

Recent Inspections & Status

Each asset profile will list the recent inspections with direct links to view the full inspection document. The system will automatically calculate the inspection status according to these recent inspections. Team members can click "Inspect Now" to complete an inspection.

Throughout the KPA EHS application, the Roles and Permissions page governs the permissions of your entire team. For asset management you can determine who can view, edit, create, inspect, or remove all types of assets in the system.
